South African singer, Tyla, made a bold appearance at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, arriving on the red carpet in a blue snakeskin-print outfit.
The singer wore a matching bra style top and low-rise skirt, both featuring the blue snakeskin pattern.
She completed the outfit with a coordinating teal choker and beige pointed toe heels.
Fashion coverage identified the outfit as part of Mowalola’s Spring 2027 collection, bringing a Y2K inspired look to the VMAs red carpet.
Tyla was also among the presenters at this year’s ceremony.
Her appearance came after the July release of her second studio album, APop,** which followed her 2024 debut album, Tyla.
The 2026 VMAs took place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles and were hosted by Snoop Dogg.
The ceremony featured performances from several major artists, while Taylor Swift, Madonna and BTS were among the leading winners.
