Nigerian singer,Adekunle Gold, is set to visit Blue Note London, following the opening of the internationally known jazz club’s first United Kingdom location.
The London venue opened on September 23, 2026, at 42–49 St Martin’s Lane in Covent Garden, marking the Blue Note Jazz Club brand’s first permanent location in the UK.
Blue Note London is part of the international Blue Note Jazz Club network, which originated in New York.
The London branch features a 250-capacity main performance room, while a second 100-capacity space known as B Side is scheduled to open later in 2026.
The venue’s opening programme includes performances from artists such as Robert Glasper, Erykah Badu, Jamie Cullum, Nubya Garcia, Yussef Dayes and Hak Baker.
Its programme extends beyond jazz to include R&B, hip-hop and other related genres.
Adekunle Gold, who has built a career across Afrobeats, R&B and contemporary African pop, has been spending time in London as part of his international activities.
