The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented the documents requested by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate Atiku Abubakar.
Ordered by the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC),the 45 carton documents brought to the court on Thursday, was received by Chris Uche (SAN) lawyer to PDP and Atiku.
The court had on Wednesday insisted that the INEC Chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu and the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in Zamfara State honour PDP’s request.
