Popular Nigerian comedian and actor Ayo Makun, better known as AY, has marked his 55th birthday with a heartfelt reflection on life, resilience and the goodness of God.

In his birthday message, AY reflected on the highs and lows he has experienced over the years, expressing gratitude for making it through every season.
“I’ve seen the highs, survived the lows, learned the lessons, and through it all, God has been good,” he wrote.
The comedian described himself as “visibly blessed” and “deeply grateful”, adding that he remains thankful to be standing, smiling and continuing to evolve at 55. “55 years.
