Seasoned film editor, Adetunji Azeez, has identified works by veteran producers Tunde Kelani and Tade Ogidan as those he can never get tired of watching.
These are films like Kelani’s Saworoide, O Le Ku and T’Oluwa Ni’Le as well as Ogidan’s Madam Dearest.
In terms of longevity, Azeez places them above those produced by many of their contemporaries, include Bayowa Films.
This is despite the fact that he edited Bayowa’s major movies like Larinloodu and Ilepa Shandi.
In an interview with Agbaletu, Adetunji notes that the evergreen films have depths and other elements that make people want to see them years and years after.
