Annie Idibia, an actess and wife of popular artiste, 2Face Idibia, has spoken about how her and her marriage has been hit with endless criticism.
She moans that some have even described her as a ‘disgrace to womanhood’.
Annie and her husband have returned to the news after he made a controversial statement about men who cheat, with a claim that they still love their wives.
Annie said that the public emotionally attacked her, mocked her, and referred to her as a disgrace to womanhood.
Speaking on the Young, Famous & African reality show’s second season, Annie said the issues around her were peculiar because people were always hearing bad things about her and her spouse.
She said:
“People want to believe the bad story, they want to believe the worst. They think it’s Annie they are bashing, they think it’s Innocent. They come and they tell me, ‘You are a disgrace to women.’ People…. People are heartless.”
Meanwhile, her hubby has admitted acknowledged her strong love for him, describing it as scary.
2Baba told South African media personality, Khanyi Mbau, that she shows him more affection than he reciprocates:
“She’ll burn herself in order to keep you warm.”
