Eunice Atuejide ends run for 2019 presidential race, endorses Atiku
The presidential candidate of the National Interest Party (NIP), Eunice Atuejide, has dropped out of the 2019 presidential race to support the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar.
She said in a statement on Tuesday that she had learned enough to realise that the 2019 presidential election was between Atiku and President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to her, despite the PDP’s bad leadership in government between 1999 and 2015, Buhari’s APC has done “a much worse job from 2015 to 2019.”
