Nigerian men lose beautiful actress to lesbianism

It seems a bad day for many Nigerian men, especially bachelors who desire pretty ladies as lovers or wives. The reason is that they have lost a potential love to the jealous hands of lesbianism.
Tender Nollywood actress, Alli Ojo, gave the indication today when she announced on Twitter that she is a lesbian. She did so in spite of the threat of the Nigerian law that forbids homosexuality.
Beyond that, she seems to have also gone through some serious thoughts even as she made her personal choice – based on her message to her fans.
In the Twitter message, she begged the fans and friends to please support her. This is coming only few days after the black beauty posted the LGBT Flag on social media.
Surprising as Alli’s declaration may be, many watchers of the film industry will expect more of such ‘thunderbolt’ in the nearest future. Apart from the fact that Alli’s decision may embolden more of her type, some experienced players in the industry have said that Nollywood harbours many folks with non-conforming sexual practice.
A former President of the producers association, Paul Obazele, authoritatively noted this in an interview with ‘The Punch’ last year.
He had said, “I would not lie, we have gay producers and lesbians in the Nigerian entertainment industry and they are the people in control. Why are we hiding it?
“When I was president of the Association of Movie Producers, I was against them. Why are we pretending that it does not happen? The same way it happens in Nollywood is the same way it happens in the medical field and other fields.
“The truth be told , it happens across the board. If you mention the names of some producers, I would gladly tell you if they are gay or not ; they cannot do anything to me. If they bring a war to me, I would take it to their doorsteps. I do not give into gossips but I have got to a place in my life when some unsolicited piece of information come to me.
“They must tell me. I am an elder in this industry and that is why I said if you mention names, I would tell you if the person is gay or not. It does not elude us; it happens within our rank and file.
“But like I always say, sex is not the ultimate step to attaining success, it is hard work.”
