After weeks of speculation by many people, the Federal Government has revealed the drug it has been using to battle coronavirus.
According to Dr Osagie Ehanire, the Minister of Health, the doctors have been using Remdesivir.
Ehaniare disclosed this while addressing members of the House of Representatives on Tuesday May 5, noting that the drug works faster than other options.
He said, “We have been using that (Remdesivir); we have tried that in Lagos too. So, we have tried the antiretroviral drug to see what effect it has” he said
