Controversial singer, Naira Marley, has tendered his letter of apology to the Lagos State Government after escaping an imminent sentence for attending actress, Funke Akindele’s birthday party for her husband.
Pictures of the letter was shared by the Lagos State Government via it’s Twitter handle.
