Months after his wife, Bettie Jennifer, was shot dead in the US, celebrated actor, Chris Attoh, has returned to social media – but with a shield of philosophy.
He noted in a post on Instagram: “We learn a lot from our places of discomfort. The only way for a baby to come out of the womb is through it. I guess, in life, you cannot protect yourself from sadness, without protecting yourself from happiness. It’s easier to stay open and trust God.”
Bettie Jennifer was said to have ben killed by an unknown gunman while leaving her office in Maryland in the United States of America on a Friday evening May 10th at about 5pm.
Chris Attoh and Bettie Jenifer married at a ceremony in Accra October 2018. This was shortly after divorcing his first wife, Nollywood actress, DamiloIa Adegbite, who he shares a son with.
Investigations have been on, with a report later that the woman’s ex-husband might have questions to answer.
