Kogi CP condoles with Gov. Ododo over father’s demise

The Commissioner of Police in Kogi State, CP Miller Dantawaye, has extended his condolences to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and his family on the passing of his father, Alhaji Sani Ododo.

In a condolence message signed by the command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Williams Ovye-Aya, on tuesday in Lokoja, the CP described the news of Pa Ododo’s death as deeply saddening. He noted that the officers and men of the Kogi State Police Command received the news with great shock and sorrow.

The message concludes with the command extending its heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy to the governor, the entire Ododo family, and the people of Kogi State.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time,” Dantawaye stated.

He described the late Alhaji Sani Ododo as a remarkable individual whose life touched many, adding that his impact would continue to be felt and his memory cherished.

The CP assured the governor of the Command’s support and prayers, urging him to take comfort in the beautiful memories shared with his late father.

He prayed for the peaceful repose of Alhaji Sani Ododo’s soul and for God’s mercy and strength to uphold the bereaved family.

“Once again, our deepest and most sincere condolences to His Excellency, the family, and the good people of Kogi State,” he added.
