Sanwo-Olu acknowledged the value of citizen suggestions and encouraged everyone to uphold the principles of doing the right thing at all times. The town hall meeting, part of the open-door policy, aims to foster an all-inclusive government where citizens actively contribute to decision-making.
Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso, highlighted the significance of the meeting in promoting an ongoing conversation with citizens. While Lagos West Senatorial District took the lead, other districts will also have their turns in subsequent town hall meetings, allowing for unfettered discussions with the governor.
