As many individuals, friends and families send their condolence messages to popular artiste, Davido, who lost his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, actress Omoni Oboli has revealed how she reacted to the loss.
According to the filmmaker, when she heard the news at first, she avoided posting anything about it because she had to pray it wasn’t true.
When the ugly reality, however, dawned on her, she cried like a baby while also losing sleep.

Yet, she concedes that no one can feel the pain the same way Davido and Chioma will.
She also admonishes friends and fans to let the couple and their families be at this time:
“Struggled with posting last night, I thought perhaps if I don’t post, it won’t be true.
“Cried like a baby even though I’m not personal friends with Davido and Chioma. I could barely sleep! Woke up this morning and it’s still true.
“I just want to say YOU ARE NOT ALONE! The whole world mourns with you.
“We certainly cannot feel the pain like you do but our hearts are broken! May God comfort you both and your families at this time.
“May The Holy Spirit who’s the giver of peace give you peace that no man can comprehend in Jesus name.
“May this strengthen your bond and the love in your family. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. We will celebrate with you soon.
“May God comfort all who are mourning.
“Please my people, let us give this family the space they need to mourn in peace.
“God bless us all and comfort all who are grieving the death of loved ones. IT IS WELL”.
