Vice presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Kashim Shettima, has showcased an Igbo youth whom he adopted as a son.
He identified his name as Ojukwu, as he presented him to the crowd on Wednesday, where he was unveiled as the running mate of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
According to him, he discovered Ojukwu as a young man, and intervened in his educational aspiration up to the PhD level.
He also presented another woman of the Christian faith, whom he relates with in a similar circumstance.
He said he was not in the race for tribal or religious considerations, adding he was out to join Asiwaju to rebuild the country.
“We need to rebuild this nation. Nigeria is the hope of the back race.
I am grateful for your endorsement of Shettima to be my running mate.
