A few days after the University of Lagos issued a statement that indicated it did not award Five Star music boss, Emeka Okonkwo (E-Money), a doctoral degree, his estate has taken a step that shows the origin of his ‘Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Management and Corporate Governance’.
In a message on E-Money’s his Five Star Shipping Limited notes, “Congratulations to our chairman on his amazing achievement / Award Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Management and Corporate Governance from the European-American University. Many more blessings and more grace as you go on.”

What is, however, not clear yet is how the recipient initially linked it to UNILAG.
