As the recent celebrity weddings continue to make news, popular media personality, Toke Makinwa, has prophesised marriage into her life.
She says God will make her own marriage too happen.
She is spiritually expressing her desire after a troll mockingly asked when she too would leave the singles’ club.
Makinwa is among Nigerian celebrities who were once married, but whose unions did not work out.
Others include Funke Akindele, Tiwa Savage, Ini Edo, Bolanle Ninalowo, Ayo Makun, Basketmouth, Kora Obidi and Yvonne Jegede.
Different reasons accounted for the breakups.
But responding to the troll, Makinwa gives an indication that she is still very much interested in saying I DO again.
She notes: “God will do my own and you’ll be alive to congratulate me. Happy Sunday o,” she wrote.
She, however, sends “love and light” instead of cursing the troll, which she believed could have been perceived as mean-spirited.
“If I curse am now, you’ll say I’m mean. Love n light,” she adds.
