Youth Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party in Edo State, Thaddeus Irabor, has queried the credibility of the All Progressives Congress direct primary held a few days ago.
The primary produced Pastor Ize-Iyamu as candidate.
While the PDP is having its own indirect primary on Thursday, Irabor said the direct model the APC adopted was a mirage.
According to him, the party does no have any credible updated voters’ card, and so could not have had a genuine direct primary.
Irabor said the indirect primary was good for the PDP as it had always worked for it.
He expressed the hoe that the Thursday’s primary would be successful, adding that the party was confident of victory in the September election.

In an interview onTVC, the youth leader said the party would survive the disagreements that had spared court injunctions and counter injunctions.
