Intrigues characterising the relationship between the Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun, and the All Progressives Congress continued today as he visited President Muhammadu Buhari in the Aso Villa, Abuja.
The party’s National Working Committee, on Friday, suspended the governor for what it called anti-party activities especially as he is supporting the candidate of another party for the governorship election.
The way Buhari has also all along been tolerating what some see as dissidence has also puzzled observers.
But, on Sunday, Buhari and Amosun met behind closed doors, with reports saying discussion at the closed doors meeting with the President may not be unconnected with the latest suspension.
