Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo and founder of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, has expressed strong confidence that Nigerians will re-elect President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming January 16, 2027 presidential election, predicting a landslide victory with at least 70 percent of the vote across states.
Speaking on Sunday in Kano through his representative, Emomotimi Guwor—Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria—Tompolo attributed the growing public backing to Tinubu’s bold economic policies and key infrastructure projects.
He cited major initiatives such as the fuel subsidy removal, ongoing rail developments, and the Abuja–Kaduna–Kano (AKK) gas pipeline project as key drivers of national support, noting that even state governors and political leaders, including Delta State’s governor who defected to the ruling APC, are aligning with the administration.
To convert this momentum into votes, Tompolo revealed that the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement is deploying unit-level coordinators and ambassadors across both northern and southern states to build a grassroots network. “Our plan is that every door will be knocked and every home will be reached so that people can give their massive support to the president,” he emphasised.
