Star actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, has expressed anger at the way many members of the National Youth Corps Service recruited to assist the Independent National Electoral Commission are being treated.
Many of the ‘corpers’ got stranded at various centres on Friday and had to sleep outside till Saturday morning.
She tweeted, “’I still maintain what I said about this program some years ago. Is this compulsory? Why do you accept to do this and put yourself in harm’s way? Why do parents allow their children do this? INEC is this how you should threat ppl’s children “serving” Nigeria? #NYSC’.
