Between Palm Groove and Ojuelegba, the trucks , most of which carry containers, parked on one side of the road forcing other motorists to compete for the remaining lane.
The situation got worse as one approached the Alaka and Iponri end of the road as the trailers are parked in a long stretch.
The Ojuelegba bridge is not spared, thus heightening the fear that the pressure may eventually affect the structure.
The ugly situation has been like this since the beginning of the year with the implication that both the federal and the state governments have failed to enforce normalcy on the road.
