A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, Chief Bode George, has said that he is supporting the candidature of Mr. Jimi Agbaje in the Lagos State governorship rate.
Speaking to journalists in Lagos, George said he had no problem with Agbaje even if, according to him, the candidate erred when he contested the party’s chairmanship with him.
He noted that , at the right time, he and some other elders of the party would be more visible in the candidate’s campaign to win Lagos.
He also urged the party’s leadership to be sensitive to the fact that part of the reason it lost to APC during the last election is their failure to pick its chairman from the South-West.
