Super Falcons goalkeeper, Tochukwu Oluehi,  saved the team on Saturday evening as she saved a penalty kick that decided the final match of this year’s African Women Confederation Cup.

In a penalty shoot-out, Tochukwu denied South Africa their final kick after Nigeria had led them 4 goals to 3.

The game would have been won earlier by the Eagles when they got a penalty kick towards the end of the second half.

But Asisat Oshoala missed the kick, casting another long hull on the team.

Had they lost the cup eventually, her record for the team as well as for Nigeria would have been dented.

No wonder, she burst into tears of joy as Tochukwu saved the day.
