Diri’s revelation: Adeboye told me I will recover my mandate

“After the service, I went to see Daddy G.O. He prayed for me and thereafter, he said, ‘It is well. Go and when you receive it, come back to the church’.
This is the revelation made by Bayelsa State Governor Duoye Diri, who said the General Overseer of the Redeemed christian Church of God, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, predicted that he would regain his mandate from David Lyon of the All Progressives Congress.
Diri said he visited the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, during his election travails.
Diri said this on Friday at the church’s international headquarters along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway during the ‘Testimony Session’ at the church’s monthly meeting.

“I contested in the governorship election in Bayelsa State in November 2019 and thereafter I was alleged to have lost the election.

“I promptly rejected those results and continued with the judicial process in Nigeria.

“During the process, I visited this church on the 11th of December during the programme of the Great Turn Around.

“The judicial processes continued until the 14th of February about 24 hours to the swearing-in ceremony of the alleged winner. Brethren, a miracle was accomplished. The Supreme Court declared me the winner of that election.

“I have come to give Him (God) the glory and to return the glory to Him and to Him alone.

“I want to thank Daddy G.O. and all of you who stood with me in prayers.

“Today, I am the governor of Bayelsa State,” Diri said.

Protest at holy land: Eddris Abdulkareem tackles Apostle Suleiman

Hours after popular cleric criticized Eedris Abdulkareem and others for protesting against Pastor Adeboye’s ‘sllence’ on burning issues, the musician has reacted.

Eddris responded to Apostle Suleiman with series of questions on his Instagram page:

“Dear Apostle Suleiman, are you aware that Leah Sharibu has been under captivity for FIVE HUNDRED AND ONE DAYS? 501 DAYS….YES Let me ask you why you did not pray to God when Stephanie Otobo accused you.

“Instead you went to the police. Why did you speak up against her and now ask us to be silent while our people are killed daily? I remember Pa Adeboye praying for Buhari. Why did he not also refuse to pray for him then. What is this hypocrisy that we like to dey embrace for Nigeria? All I am saying is this: Keep praying but also speak up? It costs all of you nothing.

“The Bible says Faith without works is dead. I am not a pastor yes I know this. If you as a man of God cannot join me to condemn the atrocities that are currently going on.

“If you as a man of God cannot condemn with your mouth (I no talk say make you carry gun or make you fight).

“Then the God that you serve and the one that hates injustice are not the same. Na me Eedris Abdulkareem talk am! Peace and Love always.l

The protest was staged in front of the RCCG camp main gate along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. After the protest, Apostle suleiman took to his Twitter page and wrote; Papa Adeboye said the govt should hasten the release of leah and all in captivity(I was there)..he only told us not to take laws into our hands and pray for Nigeria and you say he is not speaking wait till you are that age so u show us how else an elder should speak.
