Acclaimed afrobeats artiste, Davido, on Tuesday proved that the rich also cry.
As exposed as one may think he is, the billionaire artiste (he is also son of a wealthy father) betrayed emotions when the father of his wife, Chioma Rowland, was praying for them during their wedding held in Lagos.
Tears coursed down his eyes, prompting one of the groom’s men to wipe his tears.
Davido then hugged Chioma’s father who continued to pray for him.
The love he has so far shown the lady has been amazing.
In the course of their courtship, there had been claims of separation and acts lose to scandals, especially on the part of the musician.
They also suffered a major tragedy when their first son drowned.
But they came back bigger in love and promise, a treat that culminated in Tuesday’s rare celebrity wedding.
The couple’s wedding has been building up excitement on social media with the hashtag #CHIVIDO2024 since the duo released their pre-wedding photos.
