As Bayern Munich sign Michael Olise from Crystal Palace in a £50.7m five-year deal, his former mate at Chelsea Academy, Jamal Musiala, has saluted him as an excellent player.
Palace receive £45m plus £5m fee as release clause plus sell-on clause for future sale of the player.
There were bids from other clubs like Chelsea and Manchester United but Olise was keen on joining Bayern.
Musiala’s welcome message to Michael Olise is: “We used to play together in Chelsea academy, it was nice!
“He’s super talented; his skills are excellent”.
“He has scored many goals at Palace so… I’m happy that he’s joining Bayern.”
