Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has declared the result of the coronavirus test he underwent.
According to him, it is negative, just as he noted that the same thing applied to those of his wife, Joke, and aides.
Being at the forefront of the battle against the pandemic, with 98 out of the 184 cases in Nigeria being in Lagos, Sanwo-Olu has had to double up and be daring on several occasions.
But he has reassured Lagosians that all is well, especially with the results.
He announced these via a tweet thus:
“As a responsible leader, it was important that I get tested for #COVID19 to ensure nothing distracts me from my role of leading Lagos during this period. I am happy to announce that my result has returned NEGATIVE. My family and aides are negative as well.”
