The pre-wedding photos of start artiste Davido and her woman, Chioma, are largely classical. They – the dresses and images – are royal, baronial, African and more. So impressive are they that they are likely to dictate what many lovebirds will spot in the nearest future when they too are about to say I DO.
In spite of the elegance, some have criticised the couple for not being sensitive to Chioma’s Igbo culture. They say they ought to have incorporated Igbo attire too, since she is from the South-East. Hmmm. Lesson learnt?
Interestingly, PSquare’s Rudeboy had also recently eaten a similar cultural lash. Although he dressed effectively Igbo during his recent marital rites, he was accused of not removing his red cap when traditional prayer was on. Hmmm. Lesson learnt?
