There is an
indication that ‘Oju Tiwon’ singer, Danny Young, has dragged star act, Tiwa Savage, to court for alleged copyright infringement.
Young has, since last year, been up in battle against Tiwa as he accused her of playing a game too fast with ‘Oju Tiwon’, in her song, ‘One’.
Although Young initially said all he wanted was an acknowledgement of the infringement and possible apology from Tiwa, the battle later got to You Tube which had to first remove ‘One’ video but later restored it obviously after some investigation.
But the latest report is that Danny Young is suing Tiwa Savage and Marvin Records for N200m.
