18 electoral offenders arrested in Kano – DIG

The Deputy Inspector General of Police in Kano State, Michael Ogbizi, has said that polls held peacefully in affected ares in the state.
Contrary to reports of violence, including video reports, he said Kano was calm and that voting had been concluded , with the remaining process being underway.
He, however, said 18 people who tried to cause trouble had been arrested.
