The Chief of Staff to Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, Dr. Babagana Wakil, is dead.
Wakil passed away on Wednesday in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.
Details of the death are still sketchy.
According to a statement issued by the Governor’s spokesman, Isa Gusau says, the late Chief of Staff will be buried at 4pm Wednesday at his family residence, in Shehuri North, Maiduguri.
