A Kaduna State-based private school, Future Leaders International School, has incurred the wrath of the Nasir el-Rufai government for breaking the lockdown and social distancing rule.

According to the governor, the school, on Wednesday, opened its premises and conducted entrance examination despite the ban on all academic activities in the state.

Seventy pupils were said to have participated in the exercise.

Consequently, he added, the school jas been closed down while its licence has been revoked.

”KDSG has closed Future Leaders International School and revoked its license to operate. The school opened and conducted entrance exams contrary to the provisions of the Quarantine Order, which directed all schools, both public and private, to remain closed,” El-Rufai noted in a tweet on Thursday.
