As Nigerians await the Supreme Court judgement in the governorship tussle in Bauchi and six other states, State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed, has said that he is currently in a London hospital.
“I am in the hospital in London but we strongly believe that Allah is sufficient for us and He is able and capable to give us victory! Cheers, success shall be ours, In sha Allah! Cheers to you all,” he said.
A statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Governor, Mukhtar Gidado, said he had been hospitalised.
The Supreme Court had fixed Monday, January 13, for the hearing of the appeal against the governors of Bauchi, Kano, Sokoto and four other ones but it has shifted this to Tuesday.
