Popular artiste, Duncan Mighty, has alleged that the about N11m he collected from Imo State former Governor, Rochas Okorocha, went through due process.
He said it was routed through the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Finance.
Besides, he has alleged that policemen who arrested him in the course of the crisis collected $22,000 from him.
Okorocha had asked him to mentor and produce a younger act, M2, but the deal seems to have gone foul.
