There was drama in the Federal High Court, Lagos, where singer Naira Marley is being tried for alleged card fraud.
The judge, Nicholas Oweibo, was forced to adjourn the case to December 11 as lawyers quarreled over seats.

There were not enough seats in the court, a situation that observers say is usual with the court, which also says much about the deficit in the country’s judicial system.
