There is a setback for the lawmaker representing Ade Federal Constituency, Sun State, Mr Bamidele Salam, as the state election tribunal has sacked him.
The Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Osogbo, on Monday, nullified the election of Salam, who is of the Peoples Democratic Party.
According to the judges, there was over-voting in some units across four local government areas as a result of over-voting.
The tribunal consequently ordered a rerun.
