Police in Lagos have another puzzle to solve as the corpse of a yet-to-be-identified lady has been found in a hotel.
According to the police authorities, she was found dead inside the Southboung hotel, Morogbo, Lagos state on August 9.
A statement released by the spokesperson of the command, Bala Elkana, adds that the corpse of was found on the bed facing up, with swollen face and foam-like fluid out of her mouth. Her throat was knotted with clothes suggesting that she might have been strangulated.
Bala added that there as blood stain all over the place, noting that the corpse was evacuated to mortuary for autopsy while the scene was preserved for forensic analysis.
The State Criminal Investigation Department Yaba has taken over the case, according to Elkana.
