Manchester United midfielder, Nemanja Matic, has spoken concerning the possible exit of Paul Pogba from the club.
Admitting that anything is possible in the world of football, the Serbian stated that he however hoped the French international would remain at Old Trafford this season.
Pogba was absent during United’s final pre-season game against AC Milan due to injury as confirmed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
He spoke about the chances of Pogba remaining at Old Trafford:
“We will see what is going to happen,” Matic told Four Four Two of Pogba’s situation.
“He’s a Manchester United player and of course we will be happy if he stays.
“He is a great player and very important for the team.
“I don’t see that he’s going to leave. But in football anything is possible.”
