Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has admitted her limitations in the ring as she has declared that she is not a boxer – after TV reality star Phyna knocked her out during their celebrity boxing match.
Based on her ample stature and massive pre-match boasting, many thought she would overrun Phyna.
But the latter sprang a surprise by convincingly carrying the day.
Reacting in a post, Blessing wrote: “Still a champion regardless of the result. Even the blind know who the winner is. Somebody shout NBS. That is if you really watch the fight, o. Only two days of training. Shout-out to my coach; I love you, girl. Now let’s go back to making movies cause I no be boxer.”
The bout capped weeks of heated exchanges between the two.
The pair had repeatedly clashed at public events in the build-up to the fight, trading words as they counted down to the showdown at Chaos in the Ring.
