Brazilian football star, Neymar Jr, attended the NFL Rio Game at the Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
Neymar was at the stadium to watch the Dallas Cowboys face the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL’s regular-season game in Brazil.
The NFL confirmed that the game was held at Maracanã, with kickoff scheduled for 5:25 p.m. local time.
The match was the NFL’s third regular-season game in Brazil and followed two previous games played in São Paulo.
Neymar arrived at the stadium with his partner, Bruna Biancardi, and was later seen on the pitch before the game.
He was also presented with a personalised Dallas Cowboys jersey bearing his name.
The footballer had earlier shared an update showing himself travelling to the game with fellow Santos player Arthur and friends.
Neymar’s appearance came while he was recovering from a muscle injury that had kept him out of action for Santos.
According to Diário do Peixe, he had not played since September 2, when Santos faced Palmeiras in the first leg of their Copa do Brasil quarter final.
The NFL’s continued presence in Brazil forms part of the league’s efforts to expand its international schedule and reach audiences outside the United States.
