Six years after their romance began in the Big Brother Naija house, reality stars Gedoni Ekpata and Khafi Kareem are celebrating another milestone in their marriage.
The couple, who met during the 2019 ‘Pepper Dem’ edition of the reality show, have marked six years since officially becoming husband and wife.
Their relationship attracted considerable attention during the show, with their growing closeness becoming one of the season’s notable storylines.
After leaving the house, however, their relationship continued, eventually leading to an engagement in 2019.
Gedoni and Khafi later exchanged vows in September 2020 at the Ikoyi Marriage Registry in Lagos.
Since then, the former reality stars have transitioned from one of BBNaija’s popular couples to parents, building a family away from much of the spotlight that surrounded their time on the show.
Over the years, they have shared glimpses of their relationship and family milestones with fans, while continuing to pursue their individual interests outside reality television.
Their sixth wedding anniversary now adds another chapter to a relationship that started on national television and continued long after their time in the BBNaija house ended.
