Popular Nigerian forex trader and media personality Ahmed XM has warned social media users to stop dragging his wives and involving his children in discussions about his marriage.
Ahmed issued the warning in a video shared online, addressing ongoing conversations about his marriage and people taking sides between his wives.
He said social media users had crossed the line by bringing his children into the matter, warning that he would take legal action against anyone who attacks, insults, defames or belittles any of his wives.
“You guys are crossing the line. Leave my marriage alone. You are now comparing my children. I’ve sent some people to prison before, and now, if anyone supports, defends or drags any of my wives, I’ll send them to prison,” he said.
Ahmed questioned why social media users continued to attack his wives instead of directing their attention towards him. He also said those claiming to support either woman were not genuinely concerned about them, as their actions often led to the wives being dragged online.
The forex trader further criticised women who participate in online attacks against other women, questioning what had happened to the idea of women supporting and protecting one another.
He urged social media users to focus on their own lives and businesses rather than discussing the lives of people they do not know personally.
Ahmed reiterated that he would not tolerate anyone involving his children in his marital issues and warned that those who continued to attack his family could face legal consequences, noting that he had previously taken action against people over similar matters.
