Kylian Mbappé has spoken out about his chances of winning the upcoming Ballon d’Or after a massive summer on the international stage.
The forward was instrumental in making history over the break, putting up world-class numbers and leading from the front. But despite being framed as one of the clear frontrunners for football’s biggest individual honor, Mbappé remains calm about the outcome.
Addressing his chances, Mbappé said:
”I made history this summer in the most prestigious competition, but there’s still a long way to go. This might be a good year for the Ballon d’Or, but the journalists vote, and they will decide. I only focus on doing my best.”
