Access Holdings Plc has moved a step closer to publishing its half-year financial scorecard after directors approved the group’s audited interim accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
The board sign off covers both the consolidated group financial statements and the separate company statements, effectively completing the audit process for the period.
The approval paves the way for the documents to be filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the Securities and Exchange Commission, after which the results will be made available to investors and the public.
While the financial services group did not immediately disclose headline figures, the decision signals that the half-year reporting cycle is on track.
Analysts and shareholders are expected to focus on loan growth, net interest income, asset quality and the performance of non-banking subsidiaries when the numbers are published.
Access Holdings has continued to expand its footprint beyond Nigeria, with Access Bank remaining the core operating unit alongside interests in payments, insurance and other financial services.
