Nigerian filmmaker Akay Mason’s latest movie, “Five Figurines”, is set to premiere in cinemas nationwide on November 13.
Cinemax announced the release date on its Instagram handle, @cinemaxng, where it shared the movie’s promotional material.
The mystery film is directed and co-produced by Mason, produced by Becca Ashang and distributed by Cinemax.
“Five Figurines” features Ini Edo, Mike Ezuruonye, Uche Montana, Chimezie Imo, Nkechi Blessing, Ireti Doyle, Bimbo Akintola and other notable Nigerian actors.
The movie is Mason’s latest project following his involvement in productions including “Elevator Baby”, “Day of Destiny” and “Superstar”.
The November 13 release will add “Five Figurines” to the list of Nigerian films scheduled to debut in cinemas in 2026, further contributing to the growth of the country’s creative and cinema industry.
