Ajax defender, Matthijs De Ligt, is set to undergo a medical examination in Juventus on Wednesday.
After long weeks of negotiation, it has been confirmed that Juventus and Ajax have reached a deal on the transfer of De Ligt.
De Ligt, 19-year-old, is expected to arrive in Turin on Tuesday night and receive a medical exam early in the next morning.
The deal is reportedly worth up to 75 million euro.
The Dutch defender had also been linked with Manchester United, Barcelona and Paris-St Germain.
De Ligt captained Ajax for 117 games, scoring 13 goals.
He scored the winning goal against Juve to send Ajax through to the Champions League semi-finals, where they lost to Tottenham.
In his three seasons at Ajax, he won the Eredivisie and the Dutch Cup, and was a Europa League finalist in 2017.
