Boluwatife Balogun, the first son of music star Wizkid, has gained a lot of attention online after sharing a stylish birthday post for his mother, Shola Ogudu.
The post, shared on his Instagram page (@thereal_champz) , shows a great photo of the two of them together, which Boluwatife simply titled, “Happy Birthday Mama Champz.”
In the photo, the mother and son chose a sharp, professional look that has fans talking about how much they look alike.
Boluwatife is wearing a clean white polo shirt tucked into black pants, along with a modern watch and a confident pose.
His mother, Shola Ogudu, matches his style in a classic white button-down shirt, brown high-waisted pants, and elegant black heels.
The photo, taken by @mai_delz, shows a more grown-up side of Boluwatife, moving away from his childhood photos to show how much he has matured.
The post, shared on April 19, arrived a few weeks ahead of Shola’s well-known May 13 birthday, but fans didn’t mind the early celebration.
The post quickly earned over plenty of likes and hundreds of comments in just a few hours.
Many followers pointed out how much Boluwatife looks like his famous father, while others praised Shola Ogudu for her style.
Shola, who had Boluwatife in 2011, is well-known for raising her son and running her own fashion business.
Over the years, she has used the name “Champz” for herself and her son, often sharing photos of their close bond and Boluwatife’s interests in music and clothes.
As the birthday celebrations go on, the post shows the strong bond the two share, proving that while his father is a global star, Boluwatife is making a name for himself as a young “Champ.”
