The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has charged 27 newly promoted officers of the RS6.3 Akwa Ibom Sector Command to see their promotion as a call to hard work and commitment to duty.
The Sector Commander, Corps Commander Francis Ajatta, said this during the decoration of the promoted officers at the command’s headquarters in Uyo on Friday.
Ajatta noted that promotion was a special reward for staff who exhibited exceptional skills and the ability to be entrusted with higher responsibilities. The sector commander charged them to be committed to duty, hard work, and due diligence.
“The best way for you to appreciate the Corps Marshal for the elevation is to demonstrate satisfactory behavior in the discharge of your assigned duties,” Ajatta said.
Responding on behalf of the promoted officers, Mrs Eunice Ogar thanked God Almighty, Corps Marshal, and the sector commander for their magnanimity, encouragement and advice to earn them the promotion.
Ogar pledged their continuous support and loyalty to the corps while delivering selfless service to God and humanity.
