Hailey Baldwin, 22, has shared a sweet tribute to her boo, Justin Bieber, 25, on Sunday as the couple celebrated their one year anniversary of being engaged.
The singer popped the question to his “on and off” girlfriend this time last year while they were on vacation at a resort in the Bahamas.
